1 . Information we process because we have a contractual obligation with you.
When you create an account on our website or buy a service from us or otherwise agree to our terms and conditions, a contract is formed between you and us.
In order to carry out our obligations under that contract, we must process the information you give us. Some of this information may be personal information.
When signing up as a tester, we ask for your first name, surname, email address, country of residence, an optional mobile number, your gender, your data of birth, a list of game types you love, and a list of devices you own and a password.
When signing up as a company, we as for your company name, email address and a password.
We may use the information provided to:
- Verify your identity for security purposes
- Provide you with our services.
We process this information on the basis that there is a contract between you and us, or that you have requested we use the information before we enter into a legal contract.
Additionally, we may aggregate this information in a general way and use it to provide platform information, for example to monitor our performance with respect to a particular service we provide. If we use it for this purpose, you as an individual will not be personally identifiable.
We shall continue to process this information until the contract between us ends or is terminated by either party under the terms of the contract.
In order to keep you updated with relevant information about the platform and our service, you may be sent emails regarding these matters. We use third party email providers, for example, MailChimp.
It is up to you to ensure all your personal data is kept up to date and correct.
2. Information we process with your consent.
Through certain actions when there is no contractual relationship between you and us, such as when you browse our website or ask us to provide more information about our business, for example, job opportunities, our products, you consent that we may process information that could be personal information.

Our platforms allow third parties to find out more about their games, in order for us to adhere to our contractual obligations with them, some information gathered when you take part in a study may be shared with the relative third party. The information shared could be in the form of, audio, video or survey responses.
In some studies, we may provide your first name and email address with a third party conducting the study, we do this so this so they can coordinate their research and development.
This information can sometimes be personally identifiable, this comes down to you and the content you include in the video and audio and any other content provided, it is up to you to satisfy yourself about the privacy level that the third party will be exposed to.
We try our best to keep third parties from further sharing this information but we cannot always guarantee this.
Provided your request is reasonable and there is no legal basis for us to retain it, then at our discretion we may agree to delete the content you have shared, you can make such a request by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org, this request may be passed on to our Data Protection Officer.
All payments, where applicable will be processed by a third party gateway provider, for example, Stripe. We do not store or process sensitive financial data on our servers.
7. Contacting our support team
When you contact us, whether by telephone, through our website or by e-mail or any other means, we collect the data you have given to us in order to reply with the information you need.
We record your request and reply in order to increase the efficiency of our business.
We keep personally identifiable information associated with your message, such as your name and email address so as to be able to track our communications to provide a high quality service.
If necessary, information discussed with the support team may be passed on internally or externally if necessary to provide a better service.
